As starting point an Needs Analysis in partners’ countries (Slovenia, Turkey, Romania, Netherlands, Norway and Croatia) was carried out and lead to a summary of literature. The needs analysis we made with the project partners during the project preparation process revealed that the EU commission developed strategies and carried out some studies in the field of cloud technologies. It has been determined that Cloud technology has not yet become widespread in EU countries at the VET level. However, according to the data of the “”World Bank””, it has revealed that the digital content needed is insufficient in 79% of the countries. In addition, in the distance education, measurement and evaluation could not be made.
Due to these problems, it has become necessary to produce digital content that EU countries need, to prepare new course materials that will attract students’ attention, and to develop objective and flawless assessment systems.

Online Education Platform for Cloud Technology

As can be understood from the data of the World Bank, it is seen that most of the countries do not have digital content that can provide distance education, which is why the A-CCT’s distance education platform will not be a stand-alone training platform, it will also accommodate digital content to be developed in the field of cloud technologies and will work together with the innovative assessment system to be developed with AI. In this way, individuals with the qualifications required by the labor market, especially in EU countries, will be raised and individuals will be supported in the field of cloud technologies, which are among the most important professions of today and the future.
